You own all intellectual property related to your website design, content, and branding, including any text, images, and media files you upload to the site. You also retain ownership of your domain name, email addresses, and subdomains. -
Our Rights:
We retain ownership of any backend infrastructure used to deliver your services, including but not limited to website hosting, email hosting, domain management, and other file-hosting services. These services may rely on third-party providers, which are subject to change over time.
3. Use of Third-Party Services
To provide reliable and high-quality services, we rely on third-party providers for various functions, such as payment processing, email hosting, domain management, spam protection, and content management. These services are subject to change over time, and we reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue their use without prior notice, as needed to maintain service quality and performance.
4. Payment Terms
By submitting a deposit, you agree to the following payment conditions:
- Setup Fee: The full setup fee must be paid before your website is launched on your domain name.
- Monthly Recurring Fees: You agree to pay any recurring fees required to keep your website, domain, email accounts, or other hosted content live.
If a payment fails or is not made by the due date, you will receive a 5-day grace period to make the payment. If the payment remains unpaid by midnight of the 5th day, we may temporarily disable public access to your website, email accounts, domain, and any other hosted content.
If no payment or reconciliation attempt has been made within 60 days after the payment due date, we reserve the right to permanently remove all content and data from our systems. Reactivation after this period may incur additional setup or service charges.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your services at any time after the setup fee is fully paid. To initiate a cancellation, you must notify us through one of the following channels:

Upon cancellation, all services will be suspended, including public access to your website, email accounts, domain, and other hosted content, for a minimum period of 60 days. If you choose to reactivate your services within this period, you will be responsible for any reactivation fees or additional costs.
If the 60-day period expires without reactivation, your account will be permanently closed, and any associated content or data will be removed from our systems.
6. Refund Policy

Setup Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with the design or setup of your website, you may request a full refund of your deposit before the final payment is made. If you paid the full amount upfront, the refund must be requested before the website is launched on your domain. -
No Refunds After Launch:
Once the website goes live, no refunds will be issued for the setup fee. However, you may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.

7. Service Suspension and Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you fail to meet the payment terms outlined above or if you violate these Terms. Suspension will result in temporary removal of your website, domain, email, and any other hosted content.
- Permanent termination occurs if no payment or resolution is made within 60 days of non-payment. In such cases, all data will be deleted from our systems.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party service outages that affect the performance of your website, email, or domain.
- Loss of data or disruptions caused by your failure to meet payment deadlines.
- Unauthorized access to your accounts caused by failure to safeguard login credentials.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
