Terms & Condition of Use

Anytime “We”, “Us”, or “Our” is used, those terms are referring to ‘The Company’ ATDAMS LLC (d/b/a Balloon Sites).
Anytime “You”, “Your”, or “They” is used, those terms are referring to ‘The Customer’.
Copyright Ownership
ATDAMS LLC (d/b/a Balloon Sites) owns all rights to your website hosting, email client hosting, domain hosting and any other hosting of files or intellectual property.
You own all rights to your website design and look, as well as any content placed on the website; your email address(es), and your domain and any subdomains.
Payment Terms
By making a deposit you agree to pay the setup fee in full before the website goes live on your domain name.
You also agree to pay in full any monthly recurring costs to keep your website live on the internet. If a payment is not made by the agreed upon due date, or if the payment is unsuccessful, you will be given a grace period of five (5) days to make the payment. If the payment is not made by midnight of the fifth (5th) day, we reserve the right to temporarily remove public access to your website, email accounts, domain name and any other hosted content or intellectual property for no less than sixty (60) days. If no payment or attempt for reconciliation has been made between you and us after midnight of the sixtieth (60th) day, we reserve the right to permanently terminate all content from our systems.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your services at any time after the setup fee is paid in full. To cancel your services, you must contact us one of the following ways:

Once you request to cancel our services, your payment method on file will be terminated and we will temporarily remove public access to your website, email accounts, domain name and any other hosted content or intellectual property for no less than sixty (60) days. If you decide to reactivate our services any time within the sixty (60) period, you agree to pay any reactivation fees or any additional charges required to reactivate your service.
Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with the setup and design of your project, you may request a full refund of your deposit before you pay the final payment. If you made the full payment up front, you must request the refund before the website officially goes live.
Once the website goes live you can no longer request a refund, however you may choose to cancel your monthly subscription.
